Returning OFWs looking for online jobs should first ensure they have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment like a computer or laptop. It's also important to update their resume and highlight any skills gained abroad that may be beneficial for remote work. Some online jobs may require specific qualifications or certifications, so reviewing the job descriptions carefully is crucial. Additionally, joining online platforms that cater to freelancers can provide valuable opportunities. Checking with local job boards or communities of fellow returnees can also help in finding suitable positions.
